Job Title: Data Analyst - W2 Role Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long Term. Senior Data Analyst | | USA | | | | • Gathering business requirements for ETL data processing ETL for data warehousing applications • Strong US healthcare knowledge including analysis of areas like medical claims and eligibility • Have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and drive results • Strong SQL knowledge, data modeling, Databricks and Snowflake environment usage • Query data sources to perform gap/impact analyses between source and target systems • Define and maintain rules for data profiling and data transformation logic • Create source to target mappings and functional specifications for development team by gathering requirements from business stakeholders • Participate in different phases on the SDLC and including QA and UAT • Drive business process reengineering efforts, meeting facilitation and issue resolution • Experience level: 7+ years of data analysis, data warehouse and US healthcare knowledge This is a remote position.
