Analyst - Senior

Job Summary: Then Senior Analyst provides analytical, quantitative, and decision-support expertise in support of government programs and mission objectives. The analyst applies operations research methodologies, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and data analytics techniques to evaluate complex problems, improve organizational performance, and support strategic and operational decision-making. This position works closely with government sponsor across stakeholders, program managers, technical teams, and leadership to assess program effectiveness, develop analytical solutions, and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights. *This is a part-time position* Senior Analyst- * Plan, facilitate, and support complex methodology development and evaluation, business process re-engineering, identify best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development.  * Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.  * Provide activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, identify best practices, create and assess performance measurements, and provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training.  * Oversee data collection, analysis, and experiment report development and preparation.  * Manage, analyze, and visualize data using statistical software, spreadsheet and graphic presentation software, and develops customized tools.  * Aid customers with executing decision analysis processes to prioritize events and develop reports.  Education and Experience: 10 years’ experience in operations research, or related field, and a bachelor’s degree in one of the following or six (6) years’ experience in operations research, or related field, and a Master’s Degree in one of the following:  * Operations Research  * Industrial Engineering  * Business  * Engineering  * Information Systems Management  * Mathematics   Working knowledge in at least three (3) of the following disciplines: * Supply Chain Management  * Statistics  * Operations Research  * Program Management  * Constraint/Queuing Theory  * Mathematical Simulation Models  * Spares Optimization  Essential Duties:  * Plan, facilitate, and support complex methodology development and evaluation, business process re-engineering, identify best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development.  * Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.  * Provide activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, identify best practices, create and assess performance measurements, and provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training.  * Oversee data collection, analysis, and experiment report development and preparation.  * Manage, analyze, and visualize data using statistical software, spreadsheet and graphic presentation software, and develops customized tools.  * Aid customers with executing decision analysis processes to prioritize events and develop reports.  Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: * Ability to lead projects and tasks * Excellent organization skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail * Strong data visualization skills across MS365 suite of tools Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $48.00- $68.00 hourly and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
